  Credits for make-up classes. A credit is issued automatically when a student cancels in time, and you can hand one out yourself.

  Run several rooms or venues from the same environment, each with its own schedule.

• Baila Assistant

  An assistant that helps your members and does back-office work for you. It is part of the 69 euro and comes with a monthly bundle of AI actions that covers normal use for a dance school. Because every action costs us real money at the AI provider, heavy use is the one variable part of your bill: if your school structurally goes over the bundle, that extra use is charged separately. We have not set those rates yet, and we will always tell you before we charge anything for it, so no surprise invoice can appear. Ask us in your request if you expect heavy use.
