Your subscription and how you pay
Premium is a subscription. You pay € 69 per month, we collect it from your account automatically, and you can cancel at any time.
- What you pay
- € 69 per month, excluding VAT. One amount, billed monthly, no tiers and no surcharges. Your payment shows the amount excluding VAT, the VAT rate and the total separately.
- The trial period
- Your trial period runs for 45 days: during it you pay no package price for Premium. After the trial period your subscription simply continues; if you do not want that, cancel before the end of the trial period by emailing care@baila.me. Costs per sale, such as the ticket fee, do apply from day one.
- Your permission
- When you choose a paid plan, you give us permission to collect the subscription fee from your account by monthly SEPA direct debit. You give that permission with your first payment, which runs through a payment link such as iDEAL.
- Every month
- Your subscription renews every month until you cancel it. We invoice the month first and then collect exactly the amount on that invoice.
- Cancelling
- We do not work with complicated contracts. You can cancel at any time, without a notice period, by emailing care@baila.me. We stop the subscription, so nothing is collected after that. Your environment and your data stay where they are; you simply can no longer work in them.
- If a collection fails
- We get in touch with a new payment link. Nothing is deleted.
- Who collects
- Value Adding, trading as Baila. Questions about an invoice or a collection: care@baila.me.
