Costs per transaction and tickets

You pay about 50 cents per payment, depending on the payment method.

Tickets: Free for you: the buyer pays the service charge, € 0,75 per paid ticket plus 1% of the amount. Free tickets cost nothing.
Class passes and class credit: Mollie's costs plus € 0,50 and 2% per card sold, once per card and not per class.

Organising events

Set up an event page with free sign-up and an interest list, or sell tickets with price phases, discount codes and a guest list. Tickets are free for you: the buyer pays the service charge. Check-in works with the scanner in the browser. To sell tickets you connect your own Mollie account.

All payment terms

Your subscription and how you pay

Premium is a subscription. You pay € 39 per month (offer price, normally € 69), we collect it from your account automatically, and you can cancel at any time.

What you pay: € 39 per month (offer price, normally € 69), excluding VAT. One amount, billed monthly, no tiers and no surcharges. Your payment shows the amount excluding VAT, the VAT rate and the total separately.
The trial period: Your trial period runs for 45 days: during it you pay no package price for Premium. After the trial period your subscription simply continues; if you do not want that, cancel before the end of the trial period by emailing [email protected]. Costs per sale, such as the ticket fee, do apply from day one.
Your permission: When you choose a paid plan, you give us permission to collect the subscription fee from your account by monthly SEPA direct debit. You give that permission with your first payment, which runs through a payment link such as iDEAL.
Every month: Your subscription renews every month until you cancel it. We invoice the month first and then collect exactly the amount on that invoice.
Cancelling: We do not work with complicated contracts. You can cancel at any time, without a notice period, by emailing [email protected]. We stop the subscription, so nothing is collected after that. Your environment and your data stay where they are; you simply can no longer work in them.
If a collection fails: We get in touch with a new payment link. Nothing is deleted.
Who collects: Value Adding, trading as Baila. Questions about an invoice or a collection: [email protected].

This is what your dance school pays Baila. What your own members pay you runs on your own Mollie account and is an agreement between your school and your members.

Member admin costs for your dance school

With Baila you do not pay per member. Discover and Payments have no monthly fee; with Payments you only pay per payment. Premium has one fixed monthly amount, € 39 excl. VAT, which also covers memberships with automatic direct debit, courses and messages to your members.

What does taking payments cost?

You pay about 50 cents per payment, depending on the payment method. Mollie's transaction costs are settled directly with Mollie.

Who pays the costs for tickets?

The buyer. They pay € 0,75 per paid ticket plus 1% of the amount as a service charge, shown in the price before they pay. Selling tickets is free for you and free tickets cost nobody anything.

What does the assistant cost?

Temporarily no monthly fee (normally € 19 per month excl. VAT) on Discover and Payments. You can switch the assistant on in every plan; usage goes through your AI credit. On Discover and Payments you first link a payment method, because your AI credit is topped up by direct debit.

Can I request a separate module?

Yes, every module can be requested separately. Email [email protected] and we agree the amount before anything is switched on.

Can I switch later?

Yes. You change plans under Plan in your back office.

How do I cancel?
