Dancers use a single account to take part in classes, memberships and events at affiliated organisations. Every organisation keeps its own programme, look, data and way of working.

Baila connects dancers and dance schools through one account, dedicated school environments and intelligent assistants.

Platform parts

What the platform is made of

Four parts, each with its own job. Together they form the environment a dancer takes part in and a dance school works from.

Baila Account

One recognisable identity for the dancer.

You create a Baila account once and use it to sign in at baila.me.
Your account overview lists every dance school you are linked to, with your role in each environment.
From that overview you step into a school environment already signed in, without logging in again.
When you change your name, email address or other profile details, the linked schools are updated.

Baila Studio

A dedicated operational environment for every dance school.

Every dance school works at its own address, a dedicated subdomain of baila.me.
A school’s data lives in its own database, separated from that of other schools.
The school sets its own logo, favicon and colours; students see their school’s name and identity.
Each environment decides which parts are switched on, from classes and memberships to events, web shop and bar.

Baila Assistant

An assistant for students and an assistant for the team.

The assistant appears in three places: on the school’s public pages, in the student portal and in the back office for the team.
It works within the role and the access of the person using it.
It combines live data from the environment with the knowledge the school manages itself.
The school decides, per place, whether it is switched on.

Baila Platform Services

Payments, ticketing, identity, notifications and integrations.

Payments through Mollie: iDEAL, credit card and PayPal, plus recurring direct debit based on a mandate the member gives themselves.
Ticketing with price phases, a PDF ticket carrying a QR code and door checks with the scanner.
Identity: signing in, the link between an account and a school, and the step into an environment.
Notifications by email, with a notification overview inside the environment itself.
Integrations: your schedule, your events and your frequently asked questions as an embeddable block on your own website, a link page with a QR code, and an API with documentation.
