Who is Baila for?
Baila is here for dance schools that are starting out or growing, for socials and for event organisers.
You can start small with classes, members and events, and expand later with payments, memberships, ticketing, communication, automation and AI.
Can I use Baila for free?
Yes. With Baila Essentials you can start without a monthly fee, and stay there.
There is no trial period that runs out, and you need no payment details to start.
Do I have to use everything straight away?
No.
Start with what you need now and add possibilities later. You stay in the same Baila environment, so you do not have to move to another system again once your organisation grows.
How do I receive payments?
You connect your own Mollie account to Baila.
Your customers pay through Baila, Mollie processes the payment and the revenue stays inside your own payment environment. Baila links the payment to the right customer, booking, order or ticket.
Do I still need a separate website or ticketing platform?
Not necessarily.
Baila can present your classes and events online and offers functions for registrations, ticket sales, payments, communication and check-in.
If you want to combine Baila with your existing website or other systems, that works too.
What does the Baila Assistant do?
Baila has assistants for both your team and your customers.
Customers can ask questions and, where possible, arrange things themselves. In the back office the assistant can help with looking things up, setting things up and managing your organisation.
You do not have to search through the software for everything. Just ask.
Do I need a business registration?
Not to use Baila itself.
If you want to receive payments through a business payment solution such as Mollie, the payment provider decides which terms apply to activating your account.
