Member administration with profiles, an enrolment form you set up yourself, level requests and absence periods with automatic sign-off.
Classes and schedules
Single classes and running courses, with locations and rooms, teachers, attendance registration and a schedule you can embed on your own website.
Memberships and class passes
Running memberships with notice periods and mid-term upgrades and downgrades, plus class passes whose strips can be awarded automatically when someone signs off in time.
Payments and direct debit
Payment by iDEAL, credit card or PayPal, recurring direct debit based on a mandate from the member, invoices with a PDF, payment requests and the handling of reversals.
Events, tickets and entry
Events with tickets in price phases, sales to visitors without an account, a PDF ticket carrying a QR code and door checks with the scanner.
Communication
News posts with a sending option, individual messages to a member and a notification overview inside the environment. Sending runs by email, is tied to a separate role, and every attempt is recorded.
Reporting
Dashboards and figures on revenue, memberships, attendance, ticket sales and payments, with export to Excel or CSV.
