Get started with Baila Discover

Baila Discover is where dancers find dance schools and organisers. With Discover you manage how your organisation appears there: your details, your description and your links. Managing your listing is free.

Manage

Keep your profile up to date

What you fill in is on your public page straight after you save.

  • Name, city and region
  • A description of what you teach and for whom
  • A public email address and phone number, or neither
  • Your website, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • YouTube videos, the first one shown large at the top
  • Your dance styles fill in by themselves from your published classes, courses and events

Being found

Found by dancers

Dancers look for a class or a night out through Google, and more and more through AI assistants such as ChatGPT. Your profile on Discover is built for that, without any work on your side. Nobody can promise a top position; what we do is listed below.

  • Google and AI assistants can read your whole profile: who you are, where you are, which styles you teach and when your events are
  • Your profile is available in six languages, so dancers from abroad find you too
  • Every change you make goes online straight away and is passed on to search engines
  • Dancers also find you through the city and dance style pages on Discover
  • A link to your profile on your own website or Instagram helps dancers and search engines find you

Dancers reach you

Requests from your profile

If your organisation has an environment, dancers can request a trial class or ask a question from your profile.

  • The request arrives as a contact request in your own environment
  • With a Baila account, dancers save your profile as a favourite
  • You connect your Instagram in your environment, also in the free version

Free

Free to manage

Managing your listing costs nothing. The package behind it also starts free.

  • Taking over and keeping up your profile costs nothing
  • The package starts free, without payment details
What is free

Take over your profile

Taking over means you start your own Baila environment in which the profile of your organisation is already filled in. This is how it goes.

  1. Find your organisation on Baila Discover

Open the profile of your organisation. If it shows a button Dit is mijn organisatie or Beheer dit profiel, nobody owns the profile yet and you can take it over.

  2. Choose Beheer dit profiel

You land on the Baila sign-up form. The name of your organisation and whether you teach classes or run events are already filled in from the profile.

  3. Answer three questions

The name of your organisation, your email address and whether you mainly use Baila for classes or for events.

  4. Confirm your email address

You get a code by email. With that code you confirm that the address is yours.

  5. We review your request

After you sign up we review your request. Your environment is then ready within a few minutes and you start on Discover. You get an email with a link to log in; you can choose a password later.

  6. We review your claim on the profile

When your environment is set up, a claim on the profile is created. We review it and email you as soon as it is done. After that the profile is linked to your environment.

  7. Manage your profile in the backoffice

In the backoffice of your environment you find the Discover profile. You change the details and what you save is on your public page straight away.

Only correcting something. Is something wrong and you do not want an environment? Use Wijziging doorgeven on the profile. You do not need an account for that. If the profile has a usable email address we send a confirmation link there; otherwise our team reviews the request.

Is your organisation not listed and do you want to start an environment? Then begin with the package. Get started with the package

Next step: the package

With Discover you manage how you are found. The package handles what comes after: your member administration, a schedule, registration and insight. It starts free.
