The free version is called Discover. You get your own environment with the basic tools, with no trial period and no monthly amount.

What the free version does not do

In Discover an activity in your schedule is a calendar entry and not a bookable class: visitors and members cannot sign up or book. You can set up an event, with its own page and free sign-ups.

  • Signing up, booking and paying open up once you connect your own Mollie account
  • Ticket sales always run through your own Mollie account

What may cost something later

A cost only comes in when you choose it yourself.

  • Payments: when you connect your own Mollie account, Payments opens up. You pay per payment there and no monthly amount for the package.
  • Premium: memberships with automatic direct debit, courses, communication with your members and bar functionality belong to the paid package.

How to start for free

  1. Take over your profile, or start directly

    If you have a profile on Baila Discover, you start from that profile. Otherwise you begin on the start page of the package.

  2. Answer three questions and confirm your email address

    You give the name of your organisation, your email address and whether you teach classes or run events. We do not ask for payment details.

  3. You start on Discover

    After you sign up we review your request. Your environment is then ready within a few minutes.
