About Fusion Latina
Fusion Latina is a salsa and bachata school in the center of Nijmegen, on the first floor of Tweede Walstraat 118. The school has been teaching Salsa On2 (New York Style) and Bachata for more than twenty years. For bachata, Bachata Moderna is the basis, with influences from the Dominican style. You learn Salsa On2 here from the very first beginners' class. There are partnerwork classes, in which you learn to dance together as a leader or follower, and shines classes for footwork and styling on your own. Bringing a dance partner is not necessary. The levels run from Beginners via Improvers and Intermediate to Advanced. Lessons are held Monday through Thursday between 19:00 and 22:00, one hour per lesson. You participate with a subscription of one or two lessons per week or unlimited, from 48 euros per month with a duration of six months. A single lesson costs 16.50 euros and the one-time registration is 10 euros. You start with a try-out of 10 euros: book a lesson in the schedule of Fusion Latina on Baila and then choose a subscription. If you already have experience with salsa or bachata, you will be placed into a higher level in consultation. In addition to the lessons, Fusion Latina organizes salsa and bachata parties, such as Magia Latina in Concertgebouw De Vereeniging in Nijmegen and Mambología in Musis Sacrum in Arnhem. The school also provides dance workshops for weddings, company parties and other occasions and rents out its hall with bar and roof terrace for 60 to 70 people.
