About Dans op Recept
Dans op Recept is an organization with an office on Cornelis Trooststraat in Leeuwarden that provides dance classes for people with a chronic condition. There are weekly classes in Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel and Limburg, among others for people with Parkinson, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis and long-term pain. All locations are wheelchair accessible and caregivers can join in the dancing. In addition, the organization provides workshops, in-company trainings and an online training Dans en Parkinson, and produces performances with participants.
